Louis Gennarelli

Managing Principal

Louis Gennarelli is Managing Principal at LVG Investments. Mr. Gennarelli has 30 years of working experience in commercial real estate acquisition, asset management, development and redevelopment.

Mr. Gennarelli has extensive background implementing in-depth business plans to add value to under-performing assets.

Since 1999, Mr. Gennarelli has been Managing Principal and Owner of LVG Investments with neighborhood retail assets primarily in the Southwest US, with emphasis in Texas.

From 1993 through 1998, Mr. Gennarelli served in several Managing Director positions with publicly-traded Insignia Financial Group, at that time the largest commercial real estate firm in USA. Mr. Gennarelli helped found Insignia Retail Group and served as its President overseeing a 22,000,000 SF portfolio of regional malls, power centers and neighborhood shopping centers.

Prior to 1993, Mr. Gennarelli was a Partner in First Resource Realty, with 7,000,000 SF of commercial real estate in Texas and Oklahoma. The firm was acquired by Insignia Financial Group in 1993.

Mr. Gennarelli holds a degree in Journalism and Business from the University of Oklahoma.
