Louis Gennarelli
Managing Principal
In 1999 Mr. Gennarelli founded LVG Investments. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Gennarelli served as Managing Director at publicly-traded Insignia Financial Group, started Insignia Retail Group and managed a 22,000,000 SF portfolio of commercial properties.
Prior to 1993, Mr. Gennarelli was a Partner in First Resource Realty, with 7,000,000 SF of commercial real estate in Texas and Oklahoma. The firm was acquired by Insignia Financial Group in 1993.
Mr. Gennarelli holds a degree in Journalism and Business from the University of Oklahoma.
Roberta Rossato
Managing Director
Roberta Rossato has been Managing Director at LVG Investments for almost two decades. Prior to joining LVG Investments in 2009, Mrs. Rossato worked in corporate both in the USA and Asia.
Mrs. Rossato holds an MBA from the University of Texas and an undergraduate degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures (Italian, English, French) from the University IULM in Milan, Italy.
Richard Smith
Registered Architect and Managing Director
Richard Smith has worked with LVG Investments since 2006. Mr. Smith oversees project management, design and refurbishing of shopping centers in Texas and Oklahoma.
From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Smith developed AIA Continuing Educations Systems in Austin, Texas and was Vice President and Architect at Michael Malone Architects in Dallas, Texas. From 1984 to 1996, Mr. Smith was Principal of Richard Smith Architect Consulting. His portfolio included Frito-Lay sales/distribution centers.
Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arkansas.
